The Function of Child-Friendly Schools at the Mutiara Insani Kindergarten in Cipancuh Village

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of How is the role of child-friendly schools in preventing bullying in early childhood at KB Mutiara Insani? What strategies are implemented by Kober Mutiara Insani to overcome bullying that occurs in schools? How is the involvement of parents and teachers in supporting the child-friendly school program in preventing and handling bullying in early childhood? While the purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of early childhood who are vulnerable to protection such as the need and acceptance of difficulties in expressing emotions and the tendency to imitate the behavior of others in Kober Mutiara Insani. Knowing the safety and supervision of children is very important to be understood by teachers and parents to minimize the potential risk of bullying or violence in children. Understanding the importance of teacher and parent involvement in preventing and handling bullying in early childhood. In this study the author used qualitative research (descriptive) with the object of students at KB Mutiara Insani Cipancuh Village. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data validity technique in this study used source pringulation, stimulation, methods, and research triculation. Data analysis was used starting from data reduction, displaying data, and drawing conclusions.  Based on research and discussions on the role of schools in preventing and addressing bullying in early childhood, the Mutiara Insani Kindergarten at Cipancuh Village has shown positive results
