Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Holistic Integrative Development in Early Childhood Education at PAUD Mutiara Bunda Babakan Jaya. The method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies.

The results show that although PAUD Mutiara Bunda has implemented a holistic integrative approach involving cognitive, social, emotional, and physical aspects of the children, there are various challenges faced. The main obstacles include a lack of understanding among educators about this approach, insufficient facilities and resources, and limited parental involvement. However, support from the head of PAUD and collaboration with external parties, such as health agencies, serve as significant supporting factors.

This study is expected to provide constructive recommendations for improving the quality of education at PAUD Mutiara Bunda and other PAUD institutions in Indonesia.
